Dear Valued Clients,
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally prevent you from keeping scheduled appointments. However, frequent late arrivals, cancellations without adequate notice, or missed appointments disrupt our ability to provide timely care to all our patients.
Our No Call/No Show/Late/Walk-In Policy is as follows:
- Well Visits: Arriving more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may result in the need to reschedule, and a “NO Show/NO Call” fee will be applied. This fee is 75% of a normal exam fee. As you book your next appointment, you will be asked to pay this fee.
- Sick Visits: Arriving more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, your pet can still be seen that day, at the next open appointment spot or be seen as a drop off. You may be subjected to an additional fee.
- Grooming: If there is no cancellation for grooming, there is a charge of 50% of your normal grooming fee which will be applied as you book your next appointment.
- Walk-In: We understand that pets get sick unexpectedly and need to be seen. If you walk in for an appointment, your pet can be seen right away if there is an open appointment available, or as a drop off or will be seen as an emergency. We do our best to accommodate urgent matter, there may be an emergency fee associated with this.
